Are you looking for a more efficient and powerful golf swing? Dr. Mark Bull is a leading expert in 3D biomechanics, specialising in golf. He has designed this class to target 3 main areas: power, ball striking and pain avoidance.

This class looks at how to produce good anatomical and biomechanical body movements. There are plenty of drills for you to try at home which over time will significantly improve your body movements. These drills are used with elite golf professionals all over the world, but are able to be performed by anybody. The exercises require very little equipment and can be done anywhere.

After this class, you will know:

How to utilise the spine to gain more rotation
How to maximise your body turn to increase power
How to use your wrists to generate club speed
How to avoid injury with by using poor body movements
What a good movement is and how to repeat it

This class includes 11 videos and lots of practice drills aimed at developing your body movement in the golf swing.


Mark Bull

Mark has a PhD in Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation Science and is also a fully qualified PGA coach.

His areas of research focus on the impact of anatomy, human movement and biofeedback on golf swing biomechanics and kinematics. Mark provides 3D motion capture, biomechanics and sport science services to a range of leading players and golfing organisations and has worked with over 75 European and PGA tour professionals, over 350 PGA coaches, multiple national programs including England Golf, Golf Australia, Wales Golf, Icelandic Golf, Scottish Golf Union, British PGA and numerous more. Mark is a keynote speaker who presents regularly to leading conferences and sporting organisations on biomechanics in golf and has appeared on SkySports Golf on several occasions.

Mark works with multiple leading coaches who’s players include Justin Rose, Patrick Reed, Lucas Bjerregaard, Thorbjorn Olesen, Jhonnatan Vegas and many more.
